Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. We can only offer you a refund or exchange up to 30 days from the day you've received the item.

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

We can replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.

To return your product, you should mail it to our address in Amsterdam. You can do it through your own account, or send us an email if you need a confirmation of the address.
